Refund & Cancellation

Full refund if cancelled 72 hours before the slot.

50% refund for cancellations between 24-72 hours.

No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.

General Rules

Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the theater.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled slot.

Any damage to property will be charged to the customer.

Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited.

What can we watch in the theater?

You can watch Movies, TV Series, or play your own content via YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar, and other streaming platforms. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi and HDMI connectivity for your devices.

Is decoration included in the booking?

Decoration is included with all theater bookings. We set up the theme and decorations before your arrival so everything is ready when you walk in.

How many people can fit in one theater?

Birthday Party Room accommodates up to 8 people. Couple Friendly Theatre can accommodate up to 24 people.

Can I bring my own cake and food?

Outside food is not permitted. However, we offer a variety of cakes (Black Forest, Red Velvet, Chocolate, etc.) and food items from our cafe menu that can be added during booking.

What are the operating hours?

We operate from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight), 7 days a week. Slots are available every hour throughout the day.

How do I book a slot?

Select your preferred date above and click "Check Availability", or go directly to the Book Now page. Choose your theater, time slot, and complete the booking in a few clicks. You only need to pay 50% advance.
